Refund Policy - Mod Watch Central

At Mod Watch Central, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your watch purchase, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received the product.
• Condition: The watch must be in new, unused condition. It must not have been worn (beyond trying it on briefly for sizing), adjusted, or altered in any way.
• Original Packaging and Plastics: The watch must include all original packaging, tags, protective plastics (e.g., plastic films on the case, crystal, and bracelet/clasp), seals, and any hygienic protectors intact and attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at modwatchcentral@gmail.com (or via the contact form on our website) with your order number and details. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This policy applies to items purchased directly from modwatchcentral.com. Custom-modified watches, final sale items, or heavily discounted products may be non-returnable—please check the product page for details.
